Reiterating Saudi Arabia's longstanding opposition to international legal standards of free speech, the country's Deputy Foreign Minister told the 17th Non-Aligned Movement Conference in Algiers that such freedom of expression standards are a threat to global peace because they are used as political pretexts "to insult religion."
