OIC Steps up Rail Project to Integrate Member-States

The 57-member-state Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) announced plans at its recent economic summit in Istanbul to accelerate its Transafrican Dakar-Port Sudan rail network project, in partnership with the African Union and China, to create a “multimodal transport corridor” to boost the economic development and trade integration of African OIC member-states.

Mosque Attack Shows Egypt’s Vulnerability to Militant Islamism

Pakistan Islamists Refuse to End Blasphemy Blockade

The followers of the militant Tehreek-i-Labaik Ya Rasool Allah Party in Pakistan have refused to end their blockade of the country's capital city until Pakistan's Law Minister is ousted for "blasphemy" because of a new electoral oath of office omitting a reference to Islam’s Prophet Muhammad.

US Islamic Charity NGOs Host Islamist Extremists

Two Islamic charities registered in Virginia recently hosted at a fundraising conference extremist Islamist imams from Pakistan, the US, and Canada who advocated the legitimacy of violent jihad against "ignorant Infidels," urged attorneys to use the courts to restrict the religious freedom of heretics, and pushed American Muslims to combat "conspiracies against Islam."
