IS Targets Afghan VP in Mass-Casualty Attack

The latest episode of violence in the cycle by the Islamic State (IS) and Taliban in Afghanistan was a suicide bombing that reportedly killed and injured over 100 people in Kabul, targeting the returning former Vice President and General Abdul Rashid Dostum, whom IS has condemned as an apostate from Islam.
