Swiss NGO Seeks Mandatory BHR Due Diligence

The nongovernmental organization ("NGO") the Swiss Coalition of Corporate Justice has announced that it will launch a popular initiative in Switzerland requiring Swiss companies to perform due diligence to implement international standards on business and human rights ("BHR") and the environment.
