IMF Calls for US Corporate Tax Reform

Assigning partial blame to the complex US corporate tax system for the removal of business revenue to low-tax jurisdictions, the International Monetary Fund has called for the US to introduce incremental reforms to the system toward lower, less complex corporate taxes and a "territorial system" of taxation that excludes some revenue from foreign subsidiaries.
