Sixth periodic reports of States parties due in 2005: United States of America

As a party to the International Convention on the Elimination of all Forms Racial Discrimination, the United States is required to submit reports to the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (CERD) detailing the government's compliance with the provisions of the Convention. This report, submitted in April of 2007, constitutes the fourth, fifth and sixth periodic reports of the United States. It makes special mention of the efforts that the U.S. has taken to guard against acts of racial discrimination directed towards members of Arabic or Islamic ethnic groups in the wake of the September 11th attacks.
