Ad Hoc Committee Report on the 'Hockey Stick' Global Climate Reconstruction
Requested by Congress in 2006, the "Ad Hoc Committee Report on the 'Hockey Stick' Global Climate Reconstruction" is an independent analysis of the methods used by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to determine its climate predictions and the resulting environmental consequences. Chaired by Edward J. Wegman of George Mason University, the panel of statisticians who conducted the analysis found considerable flaws with the techniques used by the IPCC.
