Keystone
Keystone’s goal is to influence development practices by promoting a model of civil society accountability and transparency that requires organizations to be inclusive in their engagement with stakeholders and transparent in their public reporting. It works to improve the effectiveness of organizations involved in the human development field by creating new ways of planning, measuring, and communicating social change that are inclusive of beneficiaries and constituents voices. It operates based on four fundamentals, fostering constituency voice, mapping pathways to outcomes, thinking and acting from an ecosystem perspective, and open and transparent reporting. Keystone provides services to both NGOs and donors. Its main areas of work include creating methods of organizational learning and accountability through open stakeholder dialogue, research and dialogues that lead to enhanced exchange about accountability in civil society.
