Accountability Net (Impaq)
Since its founding 15 years ago, Impaq, a private company, has been implementing organizational accountability while tracking and monitoring its effect on business outcomes. The organization argues that accountability is a key ingredient to the success of all business activity. Its goals are to increase personal, team and organizational accountability with the intent of improving performance execution and the morale of an organization. Their approach follows the three stages of cross functional and team accountability, personal accountability, and orienting new employees. Some of the organization past clients include American Express, the Federal Reserve, Chevron, Shell, and the Red Cross.
Based out of Los Angeles, the organization was founded by Mark Samuel, who also created the Center for Peaceful Accountability, devoted to the promotion of both organizational and personal accountability throughout the world. Impaq accomplishes its goals by fostering transformation in community building, the public education system, the prison system, and government organizations. The goal is to expose people to the values and principles of accountability.
