SISI: Freedom of Expression "stops' When Muslims Offended

Egypt’s President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi stated that freedom of expression should stop if it offends Muslims Following the display of images in France of the Prophet Mohammad which Muslims see as blasphemous.
