Brett Schaefer and Steven Groves of the Heritage Foundation write that the recent announcement by the Office of the Prosecutor at the International Criminal Court ("ICC") that it will examine U.S. treatment of Afghanistan detainees demonstrates that the U.S. was correct in its refusal to bind itself to ICC decisions.
