CoE Publishes Action Plan on Judicial Independence

The Council of Europe ("CoE") has published a Plan of Action on Strengthening Judicial Independence and Impartiality, which calls on CoE member states to implement reforms where needed to ensure the independence of the judiciary and offers CoE support in pursuing these reforms.
