The nongovernmental organization Privacy International has published a searchable database of information on companies that produce surveillance tools and on the products, including "communications intelligence, intrusive spyware, and internet monitoring tools," that such companies have exported to foreign governments.

NGO Publishes Draft Energy Development Standard
