UN Agents Call for Global Body to Fight Tax "Secrecy"

Arguing that individuals and corporations avoiding taxes by storing money in offshore accounts are "effectively stealing from the public," a group of UN human rights agents has called for the creation of a UN body that would combat "tax haven secrecy" and "regulate the fiscal activities of offshore companies."
