  • EU Committee Seeks Clamp-down on Tax "Loopholes"

    Members of the European Parliament's Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee have highlighted the EU's recent focus on clamping down on corporate tax avoidance by approving a resolution calling for EU authorities to amend a tax directive to prohibit companies from using the rules of non-EU jurisdictions to avoid paying taxes in the bloc.
