ILO Conference Results in Standard on Workplace Violence, Harassment

National participants in the recent centenary conference of the International Labour Organization (ILO) adopted an international standard on combating violence and harassment in the workplace, defining “violence and harassment” as behaviors “that aim at, result in, or are likely to result in physical, psychological, sexual or economic harm.”
