This "Guide to Human Rights Impact Assessment and Management" was developed by the International Business Leaders Forum and the International Finance Corporation in consultation with the United Nations Global Compact Office. It seeks to acknowledge the contributions that companies can make towards human rights, to enable them to make these contributions by providing a framework that they can use, and to to equip them with the tools that they need to assess any human rights risks that their business operations might impose.
