Call for input: Handbook on redress mechanisms applicable for human rights abuses by EU firms abroad

The European Union project, Human Rights in Business, as part of the mandate from the European Commission, is preparing a Handbook to provide useful and practical information on access to remedies for victims, NGOs and practitioners seeking redress in the European Union for violations of human rights abroad by EU companies.

To this end, the research consortium on the Handbook, led by the Universitat Rovira i Virgili, have prepared a short questionnaire available in English, French and Spanish to gather input for interested stakeholders for the content of the Handbook. The Handbook will be published in September 2016.

To access the questionnaire on the Human Rights in Business website, click here.
