German Police Arrest Radical Islamist on Suspicion of Terror Plot

German police have arrested a Russian citizen described as a radical Islamist on suspicion of plotting a high-casualty terrorist attack in Berlin, based on evidence of stockpiling explosives and of ties to a Berlin mosque with ties to known Islamist extremists.
